摘 要:以原甲酸三乙酯和丙二酸二乙酯为原料,醋酸酐直接作催化剂,后期保证反应体系温度在160℃以上,制备出乙氧基亚甲基丙二酸二乙酯(EMME)。产物不需要高温、高真空蒸馏提纯,即可直接用于下一个工序。并就改进后的EMME制备方法的反应原理、原料配比和消耗以及产品质量等情况进行了详细的分析和对比。Using triethyl orthoformate and diethyl malonate as raw materials, acetic anhydride as catalyst, keeping the temperature during the last stage of the reaction at the range over 160℃ , ethoxy methylene malonic diethyl ester(EMME) was prepared. Obtained EMME can be directly used in the next stage, without any prior purification procedures under either high temperature or high vacuum. Meanwhile, the reaction mechanism, formulation of raw materials as well as their consumption and product quality of the improved preparation method were also analyzed and discussed in detail.
