心理应激引起糖尿病大鼠模型的生化改变及SSRI类药物的干预

摘　　要：目的:(1)在标准糖尿病模型中观察心理应激的影响及引起的内分泌改变,(2)探讨帕罗西汀在心理应激中的作用。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为①对照组,②糖尿病模型组,③心理应激组,④糖尿病模型+心理应激组,⑤糖尿病模型组+心理应激+帕罗西汀组,用链脲佐菌素造糖尿病标准模型,用心理应激方法进行应激,并用帕罗西汀干预,观察几组大鼠间的血糖,胰岛素,血脂,皮质醇的区别。结果:第三组与第一组的血糖有差异,但未达到糖尿病诊断标准,余胰岛素,血脂,皮质醇也有差异;第四组与第二组的血糖,胰岛素,血脂,皮质醇也有显著性差异,第五组与第四组的上述指标亦然。结论:心理应激能加重糖尿病病情的改变,而SSRI类药物有助于减轻心理应激所引起的糖尿病病情的进展。Objective： （ 1 ） To observe the effect of mental stress and the endocrine change caused by it in a standard diabetes menitus model of rat, （2） to discuss the effect of paroxetine in mental stress. Methods ： 60 rats were divided in 5 groups randomly, and the 5 groups included①the control group, ②diabetes mellitus group, ③mental stress group, ④ diabetes mellitus＋ mental stress group, Odiabetes menitus ＋ mental stress ＋ paroxetine group.The streptozotocin can result in diabetes menitus, at the same time the mental stress will be carded out, and paroxetine will be used to intervene the stress, then we will observe the difference of blood glucose, insulin, blood fat and cortisol in the different groups. Result： The blood glucose of the third group is different from the first one, but it did not reach the standard of diabetes mellitu. The insulin, blood fat and cortisol and so on.The fourth one is different from the second.The fifth is same result compared with the fourth one. Conclusion： Mental stress can aggravate the pathogenetic condition of diabetes mellitus, while SSRI can relieve the progress of diabetes mellitus.
