加强病案科室建设提高对外服务质量

摘　　要：目的根据目前病案科室工作量和责任范围,应当加强病案科室的全面建设,加大人力、财力、物力的投入,提高病案管理质量和对外服务质量,满足医患及社会各界对病案资料的需求。方法我院5年来加强病案科室综合建设以及《医疗事故处理条例》实施前后病案管理工作发生的变化。结果医院为病案科室的建设增加了投入,提高了病案管理的技术含量和对外服务质量,提高了工作效率,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。结论按规定合理配备病案管理人员,运用现代化科学技术,规范管理,使病案管理事业顺利发展。Object Since the current workload and the scope of responsibility, we should strengthen the construction of the department thoroughly and increase the devotion of manpower, finance and materials so as to improve the quality of medical record management and the service and fit the needs of the earegivers and patients and the other societies in data requirement. Great changes have taken place in the general establishment of the medical record department in our hospital in the recent five years, especially in the implementation of the Regulations on Dealing with the Medical Accidents. Result The investmem is increased; the quality of medical record management and service is improved; and the intension of the labor is decreased. ConeIusion The effective measures should be assigning reasonable medical record practitioners, using the modem technology, standardizing the management.
