冷沉淀治疗产科DIC的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用冷沉淀治疗产科DIC的临床价值。方法将28例产科DIC孕产妇分成2组,两组均在去除病因治疗基础上,使用冷沉淀观察组和不使用冷沉淀对照组各14例,观察两组孕产妇的治愈率。结果观察组痊愈9例,显效3例,总有效率85.71%；对照组痊愈3例,显效2例,总有效率35.71%。结论治疗产科DIC尽早使用冷沉淀,可制止DIC的发生防治并发症,使抢救成功。且本方法经济、简便、副作用小。Objective To study the clinical value of cryofibrinogen in obstetrics DIC. Methods The 28 women with obstetrics DIC were devided into 2 groups. They were all based on doing way with causes of diseases. To be used cryofibrinogen was observational group and didn＇t be used cryofibrinogen was contrast. controlled 14 for each group. The cure rate of 2 groups were compared. Results The observational group cured 9 examples, showed the effect 3 examples, efficient 85.71% ; The contrast cured 3 examples, showed the effect 2 exalples, efficient 35.71%. Conclusion To treat obstetrics DIC uses the cryofibrinogen as early as possible can stop the progress of DIC effectively. Prevent and cure complications. It＇s one of successful emergency measures. It＇s an economy valid, simple,little side effect.
