摘　　要：目的观察根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)疗法对难治性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(RITP)的疗效。方法对合并Hp感染的19例RITP患者给予除Hp疗法,并比较治疗前后血小板(PLT)计数及血小板自身抗体(PA-IgG)水平。结果①显效2例,良效3例,进步5例,无效9例,有效率52.6%。②与治疗前比较,治疗后PLT数上升,PA-IgG下降(P＜0.05～0.01)。结论根除Hp疗法对部分合并Hp感染的RITP患者有效。Objective To observe the culative effect of eradication therapy of helicobacter pylori （Hp） to refractory immunologic thmbocyopenic purpupa （RITP）. Methods To give eradication therapy of Hp to 19 examples RITP cases who infected Hp. And around the comparison treatment the PLT counts and the PA-IgG level. Results ① Show results 2 examples, good effect 3 examples , progress 5 examples, invalid 9 examples, effectiveness 52.6%. ② Compare with the treatment before, after treatment the PLT counts rise, the PA- IgG drops （ P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ）. Conclusion The eradication therapy of Hp is particually effective to a proption of RITP patiences who infected Hp.
