摘 要:以硫酸法钛白粉生产工艺中间体偏钛酸为原料,考查了离心洗涤分离、抽滤洗涤分离和无机陶瓷膜洗涤分离三种方法对除铁效率的影响,采用分光光度法测量洗涤液中铁含量和火焰原子吸收法测量固体中铁含量。结果表明:以上三种洗涤分离方法都可以将二氧化钛粉体中铁含量降到30μg/g以下,但陶瓷膜洗涤工艺可以实现连续操作,且洗涤后二氧化钛粉体的分散性好,是一种值得关注的新工艺。In order to separate Iron from the intermediation Metatitanic of Titanium white production by Sulfuric Acid process, the effection of iron separation of centrifugal washing separation method,filtrate washing separation method and inorganic ceramic film washing method had been studied. The Iron content in the filtrate and the dried Titanium Dioxide powder was determined by spectrometry and flame atomi absorption spectrometry. The results indicate that Iron content in the Titanium Dioxide powder can all be reduced to below 30 μg/g by using three kinds of separating methods, but the dispersing ability of Metatitanic washed by using inorganic ceramic film separating method was much better than the others and this new kind of separating technology should be paid more attention.
