摘  要:目的:研究心衰康对实验性心力衰竭(心衰)大鼠左室舒缩功能及血浆血管紧张素(ANGⅡ)和心钠素(ANP)的影响。方法:腹腔注射阿霉素(ADR)复制大鼠心衰模型,左心室插管术测定血流动力学指标;放免法测定ANGⅡ和ANP浓度。结果:心衰康治疗组和模型组比较,左心室收缩内压显著升高;ANP水平和ANGⅡ水平明显降低;均有显著性差异(P<0.05);心衰康治疗组心肌细胞变性坏死明显减轻。结论:心衰康能改善心衰大鼠左室舒缩功能,降低血浆ANGⅡ,影响ANP分泌。Objective: To investigate the effects of Xinshuaikang on the plasma angiotensin (ANG Ⅱ), atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) and the myocardial contractility and relaxation of left ventricular in experimental rats with heart failure (HF). Methods: The wistar rat experimental model with HF was produced by intraperitoneal injection Adriamycin. Hemodynamic parameters were measured by the method of catheterization. Plasma concentrations of ANP and ANG Ⅱ were determined by immunoradiometric assay. Results: In treating group, the LVSP were increased evidently; plasma concentrations of ANG Ⅱ and ANP were decreased respectively in comparison with those in model group, and the differences were significant (all P 〈 0.05); apomorphosis and necrosis of cadiocyte was modified evidently. Conclusions: Xinshuaikang can reduce the plasma concentrations of ANG Ⅱ and ANP, and improve the myocardial contractility and relaxation of left ventricular in heart failure rats.
