二氯异氰尿酸钠与三氯异氰尿酸杀菌效果比较

摘　　要：为了解二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸的杀菌效果,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,含有效氯100 mg/L的二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌作用5 m in,杀灭率分别为99.89%和100%;对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 m in,杀灭率分别为99.99%和100%。含有效氯500 mg/L的二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸溶液对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用5 m in,杀灭率分别为99.99%和100%;对悬液中黑曲霉菌作用5 m in,杀灭率分别为99.98%和100%。结论,在相同的有效氯浓度下,三氯异氰尿酸对4种试验菌的杀灭效果比二氯异氰尿酸钠好。In order to know the germicidal efficacy of sodium dichloroisocyanurate and trichloroisocyanuric acid, suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out. Results： Sodium dichloroisocyanurate and trichloroisocyanuric acid solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/L with a 5 min contact time killed 99.89% and 100% ofEscherichia coli in suspention respectively and 99.99% and 100% of Staphylococcus aureus in suspension respectively. Sodium dichloroisocyanurate and trichloroisocyanuric acid solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L with a 5 min contact time killed 99.99% and 100% of spores ofBaciUus subtilis var. niger in suspension respectively and 99.98% and 100% of Aspergillus niger in suspension respectively. Conclusion： Under condition of same concentration of available chlorine, the efficacy of trichloroisocyanuric acid in killing the 4 test microorganisms is higher than that of sodium dichloroisocyanurate.
