健康教育对乙型肝炎患者疾病认知及健康行为建立的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对乙型肝炎患者疾病认知及健康行为建立的影响。方法对100例住院乙型肝炎患者进行乙型肝炎相关知识的健康教育培训，测试患者疾病知识认知水平及自我管理能力，出院随访1～2个月。结果患者接受健康教育后，疾病知识评分和知识内容知晓率明显提高，与教育前比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。出院后1～2个月，患者健康行为改变明显（P〈0．05）。结论健康教育是提高乙型肝炎患者对疾病的认知能力及建立健康行为模式的重要途径。Objective To study the influence of health education on the cognition and the healthy behaviour establishment among patients with hepatitis B. Methods 100 in- patients had accepted the health education about hepatitis B, and then follow- up 1-2 months to evaluate the cognition and the level of healthy behaviour among patients. Results After have accepted the health education, the health situation of patients with hepatitis B was significant better than before, P〈0.05. Conclusion The health education can effective help patients with hepatitis B cognize this disease and establish the healthy behaviour.
