摘  要:为了分析翅片导热系统的动态导热特性,分别对等截面、三角形截面直形翅片和等厚环形翅片3种典型翅片的导热传递函数进行了研究.在一定的假设条件下将翅片的导热简化成了一维导热过程.经过拉普拉斯变换,将描述翅片一维非稳态导热过程的时域微分方程转换为复频域微分方程,由此推导出了上述3种翅片的导热传递函数.对某一具体的三角形截面直形翅片导热系统的动态特性利用导热传递函数进行了分析,得到了振幅比和相位差随翅片高度和温度激励的变化关系.结果表明,利用导热传递函数可以全面而直观地描述翅片非稳态导热过程的动态特性.To analyze the dynamic heat conduction characters of fins, the heat conduction transfer functions of rectangular fins, triangular fins and annular fins with rectangular profile were studied. The heat conduction processes within the fins were simplified to one-dimensional conditions under certain assumptions. The time-domain differential equations that describe the one-dimensional transient heat conduction of fins were transformed to frequency-domain equations using Laplace Transformation, and the heat conduction transfer functions of these three kinds of fins were obtained. Using the heat conduction transfer function of triangular fins, the dynamic heat conduction characters of a certain system was investigated. The variance tendency of amplitude ratio and phase difference regarding the height of fin and the temperature excitation was achieved. The results showed that the dynamic characters of transient heat conduction of fins can be described well and conveniently by using the heat conduction transfer functions of fins.
