摘 要:为研发高性能强电场测量系统,在分析高压电场测量的特殊要求后,介绍了光电电场测量系统的基本原理、最新进展及其在高压测量领域的优势。通过对光电集成电场测量系统及传感器体系结构、关键参数的分析,研制了一种光电集成强电场传感器并测量它的输入输出特性。用研制的测量系统测量棒板间隙击穿过程冲击电场与复合绝缘子工频场,证明光电集成电场测量系统在高压测量研究领域的广阔应用前景。There are some special needs, such as intensive signal, fine insulation, high speed response, wide frequency band, and small size in the measurement of electric field in the research work of high voltage engineering. In order to meet these special demands simultaneously, which are almost impossible before by using traditional method, a novel optical electric integrated electric field sensor is introduced and implemented in this paper. Firstly, the three generation of the development of the electric field measurement is introduced. Secondly, the characteristic of traditional electric field measurement methods and novel measurement method based on electro-optic effect are compared briefly. Third, the disadvantage of individual optical devices measurement system based on electro-optic effect and the novel measurement system based on integrated optical electric sensor are analyzed. The design theory and implementation of the novel optical electric integrated electric field sensor are illustrated carefully based on the analysis of the structure and key parameters of the sensor. And the input/output characteristic of the sensor has been obtained too. By the characteristic analysis, this kind of novel sensor is suitable for insulated, intensive (〉300 kV/ m), small size (300 mm 2 mm 1 mm) and wide frequency band (1 GHz) electric field measurement. Finally, two typical experiments, the transient field of impulse on rod-plane gap before and after breakdown, and the electric field near the insulators are introduced. As above sample, the widespread use of this novel integrated optical electric sensor in high voltage measurement and research work in impulse field and power frequency intensive field measurement can be expected.
