摘  要:为全面分析影响电力系统恢复过程的因素,分别从调度和运行机构、二次监控系统和一次系统3方面阐述影响恢复的诸多因素,提出系统恢复过程的整体模型。使用三层Petri网建模,包括决策子网、控制子网和运行子网,分别反应影响系统恢复3个不同方面的特性。通过实例说明了如何划分恢复过程中的关键要素及用三层Petri网表示电力系统恢复的具体过程。该法能方便地用现有成熟理论更清晰直观全面地分析电力系统恢复过程,使电力系统恢复研究具有普遍意义。In order to analyze all the factors in the problem of power system restoration (PSR) from a whole aspect and optimize the restoration process, this paper summarizes all kinds of issues relevant to PSR, which consist of not only the feature of primary system, but also the operator organization and auxiliary service of monitoring and control system. The primary system can change its status by three ways, including spontaneous transformation according to physical characteristics, action of protection system and automation equipment and action of the operators. Thus, the process of restoration can be classified into three different aspects: independent system operator, monitoring and control system, and primary system. An architecture including three levels of Petri Net is proposed to model the PSR problem, which includes: decision subnet, control subnet and running subnet describing the three different aspects of PSR, The decision subnet represents the feature of the independent system operator, including management mode, operation rule, etc. Various actions which need human to make decision are modeled by decision subnet. The control subnet represents the feature of monitoring and control system, including the actions of various relays, the communication mode, etc. The running subnet represents the feature of primary system, including the dynamic response of generators, the status of loads and the status of transformers, etc. The interactions of three subnets are also defined as input and output places. In each subnet, the places and transitions represent different status and transformation of different elements involved in the restoration process. An example is given to illustrate the classification of key factors and represent the interaction of various factors by three-level Petri Net. The proposed method can analyze the whole process of PSR clearly, intuitively. The suggested method is believed to generalize the problem of PSR and facilitate the research of PSR by employing existing developed theory.
