循证护理在防治大剂量甲氨蝶呤所致口腔黏膜炎中的应用

摘　　要：口腔黏膜炎是大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗后常见而严重的并发症之一。应用循证护理对32例大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗的血液病患者实施预防和护理,患者口腔黏膜炎的发生率仅为12.5%,低于文献报道的20%～25%。Oral mucositis is one of the common and serious complications caused by high-dose methotrexate. In this study, oral mucositis was prevented according to evidence-based nursing in 32 patients with hematologic disease after high-dose methotrexate. The incidence rate of oral mucositis was only 12.5% compared with 20% - 25% in other literature reports.
