摘 要:开发一种高温空气发生器。运用蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体高效换热规律,引入燃空比、分流比和辅助空气添加比,研究燃用丙烷时发生器稳定运行条件和高温空气生成规律。无辅助空气的研究表明:生成高温空气温度升高,则其流量逐渐减小,装置经济性能变差;装置分流比小于75%;优化燃空比和分流比,可高效稳定地生成800~1300℃高温空气。实验结果与理论规律吻合良好,高温空气温度误差小于6.2%。研究结论可为高温气化工艺操作优化提供参考。Based on high-effective heat-transfer characteristics of honeycomb ceramic regenerator and defining ratio of fuel to air and split ratio and assistant air ratio, conditions keeping the generator steady and rules generating high-temperature air with propane as the fuel are researched. Results without any assistant air show that the split ratio is less than 75%, and as the temperature of high-temperature air increases its flow decreases gradually and thermal efficiency decreases. The air with 800 - 1 300℃ can be generated efficiently and stably by optimizing the fuel/ air ratio and the split ratio. Theoretical results agree well with test ones and the temperature error of high temperarare air is less than 6.2%. An important reference is provided for optimizing and operating high-temperature generator stably.
