摘  要:目前水轮发电机转子平衡采用幅相影响系数法。在高速机组平衡精度高和有水力干扰情况下,对平衡技术做了改进:通过振动时域波形分析直接测得平衡位置的相位角;按测得的相位角放置试重块,由开机测得的幅值影响系数确定配重块重量。从而快捷有效地完成了羊湖电厂冲击式水轮发电机转子平衡工作。Now influence coefficient method is adopted in the rotor balancing tecthnique for hydogenerator. Because of the high balancing accuracy for high speed unit and influence of water disturbance, balancing technique is improved as following: phase angle of balancing position is directly obtained by analyzing vibration waveform in time domain; Trial mass is placed according to the phase angle and counter weight is decided with influence coefficient. The rotor balancing of Pelton hydrogenerating unit was finished efficiently at Yanghu power plant.
