摘　　要：根据220MW空冷汽轮发电机的结构特点,针对槽部固定、端部固定、连接环制造与装配、引出线制造与装配、防晕等定子嵌线过程中的关键工艺确定了相应的技术难点,通过技术攻关的方式,保证了样机的试制成功。Based on the stator features of 220MW air-cooled turbogenerator, some key technologies, such as slot support, end winding wedging, manufacture and assembly of the connection ring and terminal coil, corona protection ect. are determined. Therefore the first prototype has been successfully produced with these technical researches.
