摘　　要：目的构建表达猪带绦虫六钩蚴期特异性抗原基因TSO45-4B的真核表达质粒pcDNA3.1/TSO45-4B。方法全基因合成TSO45-4B的基因序列,并利用PCR扩增该基因序列,将其插入真核表达载体pcDNA3.1,经酶切、测序鉴定。结果经酶切和测序鉴定表明所构建的重组表达质粒中含有TSO45-4B基因。结论成功构建pcDNA3.1/TSO45-4B重组质粒。Objective：To construct the recombined eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA3.1/TSO45-4B containing the Taenia solium oncosphere stage-specific antigen gene TSO45-4B. Methods：The TSO45-4B gene of the oncospheres of Taenia solium was synthesized and amplified by PCR, and then inserted into pcDNA3. 1 vector. The recombined plasmid was identified by restriction endonuclease digestion and DNA sequencing. Results： The constructed recombinant plasmid contained the sequence of TSO45-4B gene that was identified by endonuclease digestion and sequence analysis. Conclusions： The recombined eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA3, 1/ TSO45-4B was successfully constructed.
