摘 要:目的评价个性化健康教育在糖尿病护理工作中的作用。方法对213例糖尿病患者采取个性化健康教育方式进行糖尿病知识教育,教育前后通过问卷调查评估患者对糖尿病的认知情况,观察健康教育对治疗效果的影响。结果入院时患者对所有问题的了解情况均在20%以下,出院时掌握80%以上,较入院时显著提高(P<0.01)。结论通过实施个性化教育,使患者掌握糖尿病基础知识,提高了患者对糖尿病的认知程度,对控制病情、提高患者生活质量具有重要作用,是治疗糖尿病一项非常重要的措施。Objective :To evaluate the effects of individual health education on the nursing of diabeties mellitus. Methods:Individual health education was given to 213 patients with diabetes mellitus. The effects were evaluated according tO the questionnaires distributed before and after the health education program. Results:The positive answers to the questions accounted for less than 20% when the patients were hospitalized,and the positive answers reached 80% when they were discharged from hospital( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions: They acquired the foundation knowledge of diabetes by individual health education. It can help the patients recognize the disease, which is of importance for the patients to control the disease and promote the quality of life. Individual.health education plays an important role .in the treatment of diabetics mellitus.
