摘　　要：阐述了水厂的生产工艺过程,确定了iFIX组态软件的设计原则,控制要求及网络连接。提出了iFIX组态软件在水厂自动化系统中应用的主要技术难题,并着重介绍了iFIX远程节点的配置及报表功能的解决方案。给出了部分主要程序代码,为满足水厂报表的需要创建了一条切实可行的新思路。This paper expatiates the process of production craft of water factory,states the principle of the design of iFIX software,requirement of control and network connections,puts forward the main technical difficulties of application of iFIX software in the automatic system of water factory,and emphasizes the introduction equipment of long-distance node and the solution of the function report,giving part of the main procedures code and setting up a new workable way to meet to the requirements of the report system in the water factory system.
