摘  要:用化学沉积法制备了负载型非晶催化剂Co-P/SiO_2。其非晶性质由X射线衍射和差热分析鉴定,组成用ICP方法分析。测定了它对苯乙烯的加氢活性,并与相应的晶态Co-P/SiO_2及Co/SiO_2催化剂进行了对比。在高真空程序升温脱附及反应装置上研究了氢、一氧化碳的吸附及反应,提出了非晶Co-P/SiO_2催化剂上一氧化碳加氢的机理。The supported amotphous catalyst Co-P/SiO2 with Luge surface area was prepared in alkaline Solution by depositing amorphous Co-P alloy on silica. Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) was used to analyze the Co-P content and the amorphous state was verified by using XRD and DSC methods. Catalytic activity for hydrogenation of styrene on Co-P/SiO2 amorphous catalyst was measured in a fixed bed continuous-flow stainless steel reactor, and compared with crystal-line Co-P/SiO2 and Co/SiO2 catalysts. At the beginning of the reaction, the catalysts could hydrogenate the styrene completely to ethylbenzene, then the activity decreased with reaction time, but the rate of decreaSe was different for the three catalysts with crystalline Co-P/SiO2<amorphous Co-P/SiO2<polycrySlal-line Co/SiO2. The decrease is due to the carbon deposition on the catalyst Surface. The chemisorption of carbon monoxide and hydrogen and then interaction on the Co-P/SiO2 were studied by using lemperature programmed desorption and reaction methods, and the mechanism of hydrogenalion of carbon monoxide was proposed.
