摘  要:研究了几种羰基试剂处理天然胶的恒粘效果及其对恒粘胶理化性能的影响,可以获得低粘度、中粘度、和高粘度的恒粘天然橡胶。结果表明,鲜胶乳用羰基试剂处理后,其生胶加速贮存后的门尼粘度变化量为0~3个门尼值,加速贮存硬化值变化量为0~1个单位塑性值,恒粘效果较好,其它的理化性能虽有所变化,但均能达到国家标准要求。The viscosity stabilizing performances of carbonyl protection agents on natural rubber as well as the effects on the physical properties of constant-viscosity natural rubber were studied. The constant-viscosity natural rubber with low, medium and high viscosity were obtained by treating the fresh natural rubber latex with carbonyl protection agents, and after accelerated storages, the Mooney viscosities and the accelerated storing hardening plasticity numbers of raw rubber varies ranging 0-3 and 0-1, respectively. The results indicate that carbonyl protection agents show good viscosity stabilizing performances and the physical properties of constant viscosity rubber have come up to the specifications of (related) Chinese national standards.
