摘　　要：采用环境影响评价技术导则的技术方法,以化工仓库及其配套码头为例,在一定条件下,对其一旦发生泄漏事故可能产生的水环境影响进行分析评价,并提出一定的污染防治控制措施。In this paper, technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment are used to assess the water environmental impact for the chemical warehouse and the corresponding docks, when the leakage accident occurs under some condition. And then some measures are put forward to prevent the pollution.
