摘　　要：目的 总结应用可塑型跟骨钛钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果。方法 对25例31足波及跟距关节面的跟骨骨折均行切开复住、可塑型跟骨钛钢板内固定。结果 21例26足获得随访，平均随访时间18．6个月（6～48个月），按Maryland足评分系统评价，22足术后功能恢复良好，优良率84．6％。结论 可塑型跟骨钛钢板适合跟骨解剖形态，在跟骨关节内骨折的手术治疗中有明显优势。结合CPM早期功能锻炼，并发症少，疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical results of surgical treatment of intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus using plastic titanic alloy plate.Methods 31 calcaneal fractures of 25 cases involving in articulate talocalcanea ware analyzed.Results Among these patients who were treated with this plate,26 fractures of 21 cases were followed up for an average time of 18.6 months（from 6 to 48 months） .Evaluated by the Maryland foot score ：22 fractures were excellent and good , the exceUentce and good rate was 84.6%. Conclusion Plastic calcaneal titanic alloy plate is fit to anatony of the calcaneus and has obvious advantage in operative treatment of calcaneal fracture. Combined with CPM early function exercises, it provides satisfactory result with fewer complication.
