摘 要:塔器硬件系列优化设计相对落后于工艺和控制的优化设计。综合国内外在填料塔硬件系列研发、应用的优秀产品及在大型填料塔硬件研究的新成果、经验和体会,文章归纳出了填料塔气液分布器优化设计规律,阐明了在塔的不同部位,不同工艺条件下,应当优选何种气液分布器。此规律可以指导填料塔气液分布器的选型或优化设计。经多年在炼油减压塔、乙烯汽油分馏塔等多座大型塔器中的应用,成效显著。The optimization design of column hardware series falls behind that of the process and control. Synthesizing those outstanding products in the domestic and foreign development and application of column hardware series and the new achievement and experience in the research of large-scale packed column hardware, summarizing the optimum design principle for liquid-gas distributor, and clarifying which type of liquid-gas distributor shall be selected at the different part of the column and under different process conditions. The principle can help to direct the type selection or optimization design of packing column liquid-gas distributor. Viewing its many years' application in lots of large columns like oil refining vacuum tower, ethylene gasoline fractionating tower, etc. , it achieves remarkable success.
