摘  要:合成了一种含氮固化剂2,4,6-三(羟基苯基亚甲基胺)-均三嗪(MFP)和两种结构不同的含磷环氧树脂(FD、ED),经红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析等表征,证实了其化学结构.用MFP固化FD和ED制得了新型无卤阻燃的环氧树脂.用DSC测定了固化物玻璃化转变温度(Tg),用TGA表征了其热性能,UL-94垂直燃烧试验表征了其阻燃性能.结果表明,所得含磷氮的无卤阻燃环氧树脂具有较高的玻璃化转变温度,优良的热稳定性,初始分解温度高达300℃以上,在850℃下的残炭率达到了27%以上,阻燃性能均达到了UL-94 V-0级.A nitrogen-containing curing agent for epoxy resins, 2,4,6-tri(phenol-methylene-amide) triazine (MFP) and two kinds of phosphorus-containing epoxy resins (ED and FD) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, and ^1 H-NMR. The novel halogen-free flame retardant epoxy thermosets were prepared with MFP/ FD and MFP/ED, respectively. The glass transition temperatures , thermal stability, and flame retardancy of the resulting thermosets were determined by DSC, TGA and UL-94 vertical test, respectively. It was found that the prepared thermosets exhibited high Tgs, excellent thermal stability, and good flame retardancy. The initial decomposition temperature was as high as over 300℃, and the char yield reached 27 % at 850℃. The performance of their flame retardancy achieved UL 94-V0 rating.
