摘　　要：随着我国对外贸易的不断发展,贸易摩擦频繁爆发,据此很多学者表示了担忧并分析了其消极影响。本文认为,我国目前的贸易摩擦存在着合理性,这一合理性不仅表现在它是我国当前贸易形势下的正常现象,还表现在它对于我国外贸的进一步发展有着积极的效应。本文从多方面剖析了这一合理性,创新性地从长期和短期两个方面提出了应对策略。With the development of our country＇s foreign trade, trade disputes have become a normal phenomena. Many scholars expressed their worries and analyzed its negative effects. But this paper thinks that our county＇s present trade disputes are rational, for it is so common in our courtty＇s current foreign trade situation and it has active effects. This paper researches this rationality from many aspects and proposes some countermeasures from two aspects of long term and short term.
