摘　　要：世贸组织的精神是促进自由竞争,但在实践中则是坚持国际贸易规则和维持规则下的国际贸易。我国加入世贸组织的协议中包括一些“超世贸”条款,这也是我们不得不付出的代价。面对不利的规则,我们更应当理智对待,力争最有利的结果。The spirit of the WTO is to promote competition and free trade. However, in reality, it is the rules of international trade and the international trade under rules it adheres to. China＇s access agreement contains some ＂WTO-plus＂ terms, which are necessary costs for the accession. It is necessary to deal with the trade disputes under unfavorable rules and terms rationally in order to achieve the best results possible.
