摘 要:用TEM,XRD,XPS和化学吸附方法表征了溶剂化金属原子浸渍法(SMAI)制备的Pd/γ-Al_2O_3,Pd/SiO_2和Pd/MgO催化剂以及由普通浸溃法(CI)制备的具有相同组成的相应催化剂,并对它们的加氢催化活性进行了比较。发现前者Pd粒度小,分布均匀,分散度和还原度高,而后者Pd粒度较大,分布不均,分散度和还原度都较低。因此前者在二丙酮醇,环十二碳三烯及苯的加氢反应中的催化活性都高于后者。Pd/γ-Al2O3, Pd/SiO2 and Pd/MgO catalysis (?) ere prepared by two dnfcren(?) methods, i. e. solvated metal atom impregnation (SMAI) and conventional impregnation (CI) methods. The composition of the catalysts prepared by SMAI and CI was the same. The Pd catalysts were characterized by TEM, XRD, XPS and chemisorption techniques, and their catalytic hydrogcnalion activity was also studied. The results showed that the Pd particles of SMAI catalysts were smaller, more well-distributed, more highly dispersed and reduced than that of CI catalysts. Therefore, SMAI catalysts showed much higher activities in hydrogenation of dia-cetone alcohol, c clododccatriene and benzene than the CI catalysts.
