摘　　要：“绿色金融”是现代金融业发展的一个重要趋势,发展“绿色金融”对于保护生态环境、发展经济以及金融机构自身的发展都有重大意义,是实现经济、社会、环境协调进步以及实现经济可持续发展的需要,也是金融机构自身发展的必然要求。国外的“绿色金融”研究和实践已经取得了一定的成果,而国内的相关研究和实践却相对落后。因此,现阶段我们应首先营造全社会的绿色文化,加强全社会对绿色价值的认同,增强环境责任感;其次,应借鉴国外相关研究和实践的成功经验,并结合我国的实际情况进行针对性的研究和具体的实践。＂Green finance＂ is an important tendency of modern financial institutions. It has a significant meaning for ecoenvironment, economy development and financial institutions. Meanwhile, it is also the need of developing economy, society and environment in harmony and the inevitable request of financial institutions themselves. The research and practice done abroad has attained certain achievement. Compare to western countries, China has fall behind in this field. Thus, at first, we should improve our knowledge of green culture, identify ourselves with green value and strengthen our responsibility of protecting environment. And then on the basis of learning successful experience in western countries, we should begin pointed research and specific practice according to the situation in our country.
