摘　　要：欧盟“绿色双指令”使广东机电产品出口面临巨大考验,已经使广东机电产品出口增幅明显下滑。深入探讨应对“绿色双指令”的有效措施已经刻不容缓。本文通过分析欧盟“绿色双指令”产生的背景及对广东机电产品出口已经或即将产生的影响做了比较深入的分析,在此基础上提出了应对欧盟“绿色双指令”的有效措施。EU＇s ＂Two-green Directives＂ has made great impact on Guangdong export. Since it＇s coming into effect, Guangdong＇s increasing export rate has decreased obviously, so to make a deep study on the ＂Two-green Directives＂ has being become very important and critical. This paper analyzs the coming-into-being background of EU＇s ＂Two-green Directives＂ and its influence on Guangdong electrical and electronic products＇ export, and then puts forward some counter-measures.
