摘　　要：以黑龙江省富赛宝生化制品有限公司自主研发,具有独立知识产权的III-M3型功能性大豆浓缩蛋白产品在加工工艺技术、产品组分构成及功能特性上与大豆分离蛋白、同类浓缩蛋白进行比较,阐述了III-M3型产品工艺与产品的特点。III-M3型功能性大豆浓缩蛋白产品降低了生产成本,增强了功能特性,提高了产品得率,扩大了应用领域,是大豆蛋白的一个方向性产品。The Ⅲ - M3 functional soybean protein concentrated was independently innovated by our company that has ownership to this product. We compared processing method,components and functional characteristics of this protein with that of common soybean protein concentrated and soybean protein isolated. The technology characteristics of the Ⅲ - M3 functional soybean protein concentrated were described. This product reduces cost, strengthens function, increases output rate and extends apphcation field. This soybean protein is a kind of oriented products.
