华中八腱索线虫新种记述（线虫纲：索科）  

DESCRIPTION OF OCTOMYOMERMIS HUAZHONGENSIS SP.NOV. (NEMATODA:MERMITHIDAE)

摘　　要：报道了采于湖北枣阳、武汉及湖南长沙等地稻田的八腱索属线虫一新种，命名为华中八腱索线虫（Ｏｃｔｏｍｙｏｍｅｒｍｉｓｈｕａｚｈｏｎｇｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．），描述了形态特征。Octomyomermis huazhongensis was found in the paddy field of Zaoyang(32°10′N, 112°45′E),Wuhan(30°31′N, 114°20′E),Hubei Province and in Changsha (28°12′N,113°E),Hunan Province, in 1986～1990. Measurements are in micrometres unless otherwise indicated. L=body length,W=body width,HW=head width measured at the level of papillae,AW=width of body at anus; V=distance from mouth to vulva expressed as percentage of the total length. Octomyomermis huazhongensis sp.nov(figs.1～8) Adults:Body elongate,white in colour,mouth shifted slightly ventrad in position; six cephalic papillae arranged in one plane,without obvious cuticular fibers;eight hypodermal chords;amphids are bag or rod shaped,Vagina in barrel shaped vaginal canal straight,perpendicular to longitudinal axis of body;two separate spicules,spicules length:AW<2,genital papillae three rows, the middle row bifurcating before the cloaca,genital papillae arranged sparsely before the bifurcation and closely after it. Male: n =10 L. 14.61 mm(11.48～20.00, SE =0.56),HW.43.05(40.13～53.50, SE = 0.71) ,W. at nerve ring 112.80 (96.06～126.46, SE =1.00),W. at midbody region 188.99(138.54～241.98, SE =1.76),AW. 144.29(114.30～172.67, SE =1.36),giving ratios of 0.38∶1∶1.68∶1.28,amphids 13.58(12.16～14.59, SE =0.28)× 3.26 ( 1.22 ～6.54, SE =0.42);distance from nerve ring to anterior end 246.29 (211.73 ～283.33, SE =0.42),distance from nerve ring to anterior end:L=0.017(0.014～0.022, SE =0.0009),tail length 122.74(103.36～172.07, SE =1.52),L:tail length 119.31 (92.88～148.50, SE =4.98),spicules length 157.85(109.44～ 194.56, SE =1.54),ratio of L to spicules length is 94.12(65.31～132.04, SE = 1.51); ratio of spicules length to AW is 1.12(0.76～1.65, SE =0.16),genital papillae in three rows, the middle row with 11.1(7～16, SE =0.53),from th
