复方厚朴片生产工艺实验研究的优化方法

摘　　要：为优化复方厚朴片的生产工艺，先通过预实验找出六个影响因素及其范围，对各因素如何搭配采用随机办法安排实验方案，按五种优良性准则从方案中选出较优且运行次数最少者。In running a multi factorial experimental design,othogonal or uniform arrays of natural numbers are usually to be used.We develop a new experimentation method for Compound Magnolol Tablets,affared by six factors.Each factor has three levels.We select factor level combinations into several 12 run tests randomly.The A and D optimality,discrepancy sum of symmetrical differences and condition number for every design matrix of test run are calculated.The best one of the randomized arrays is selected as design matrix according to these calculated values.The experimental results are analyzed by SAS regression procedure.
