中甸打日坝牧场捕食线虫真菌资源调查及其季节性分布

摘　　要：本文调查了2003年中甸打日坝牧场捕食线虫真菌的季节性分布,采集了240份土样,共分到17种,属于三个属,在四个季节中,检出频率最高的种是Arthrobotrys oligospora和A·musiformis,其次是Monacrosporiam·ellipososporum·和M·thaumasium,优势种是A·oligospora和A·musiformis,捕食线虫真菌最多的是在春季、夏季和秋季,最少的是冬天。Seasonal distributions of nematode - trapping fungi in up - land pasture of Dariba were investigated from March 2003 to September 2003. 240 soil samples were collected from this pasture. 17 species were isolated partially. They are belong to 3 genera. Arthrobotrys oligospora and A. musiformis are the predominant species, Monacrosporiam ellipsosporum and M. thaumasium are frequently encountered. The fungi were abundant in late spring and early summer and slightly decrease in the autumn.
