问卷调查的质量控制及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 分析问卷调查的质量控制（简称质控）效果及其影响因素。方法 采用审核、抽查和每日分析、反馈、修正的工作模式，对调查问卷进行动态质量控制。结果 调查问卷应答率93．2％。预调查，审核率100％（41／4），质控合格率为25％（1／4）；调查初期（第1天），审核率100％（223／223），复核率100％（223／223），质控合格率为33、0％（73／223）；调查前中期（第2天～第3天），审核率100％（1024／1024），复核率50．0％（512／1024），质控合格率〉84、6％（435／512）；调查中期（第4天～第5天），审核率100％（900／900），复核率25、0％（225／900），质控合格率〉99．8％（224／225）；调查中后期至结束（第6天～第10天），审核率100％（1580／1580），复核率10．0％（158／1580），质控合格率100％（158／158）。结论 适时、严密的督导控制对调查问卷质控合格率有显著的提高作用。Objective To analyse thequality controls and the influence factors of questionnaire survey.Methods By the mode of the look through, the check and the analysis every day through to control the quality of the questionnaire. Results Questionnaire response rate was 93.2%. through pre- investigation. Tne look through rate was 100%（4/4） ,the up- to- standard rate was 25%（1/4）.The initial period（lst day）,the look through rate was 100% （223/223） ,the check rate was 100% （223/223）, and the qualified rate was 33.0% （73/223）. Prometaphase （2nd to 3th day）, the look through rate was 100% （1024/1024）, the check rate was 50.0% （512/1024）, and the qualified rate was 84.6 % （435/512）. Intermediate stage （4th to 5 th days）, the look through rate was 100 % （900/900）, check rate was 25% （225/900）, and the qualified rate was 99.8% （224/225）. Investigation mid and rate stage （6th to 10th days）, the look through rate was 100% （ 1580/1580）, check rate was 10.0% （158/1580）, the qualified rate was 100% （158/158）. Conclusion Supervise and control in time can improve the up - to - standard rate of questionnaire survery.
