摘 要:重点研究采用UBF厌氧反应器难降解退浆废水的启动,试验结果表明,在中温(354±3℃)、进水COD为2000mg/L左右、HTR为24h、OLR为2.0kgCOD/m^3·d、pH7.6左右情况下2个月迅速启动,COD去除率稳定,并培养出适应水质要求厌氧颗粒污泥;经过YDT弹性填料和组合填料的挂膜比较发现:组合填料经YDT弹性填料挂膜快、三相分离效果好、COD处理效果组合填料经YDT填料高2%-8%。The article is focused on start-up of anaerobic UBF reactor for treating poor degradable desizing wastewater. The startup of UBF reactor, the filter medium retained the biomass and the cultivation of anaerobic granular sludge adapt to desizing wastewater was completed within two month period. The startup results of study showed that UBF reactor is characterized by fast startup,operation stable and effective treatment capacity at at middle temperature (35 ± 3 ℃ ) ,COD of influent is about 2000 mg/L,HRT is 24 h,organic loading rate (OLR) is 2. 0 kgCODm^3 · d and pH is about 7.6. Compared with the YDT filter medium and mixing filter medium found, mixing filter medium was very effective as a gas-liquid-solid separator, retaining biomass better than YDT filter medium and higher COD removal rate about 2% to 8% than YDT filter medium.
