摘  要:提出了一种基于部分平衡的机构设计理论方法,用来提高由伺服电机驱动的单自由度闭链机构的运动学和动力学性能.该方法通过对初步设计好的机构进行惯性力部分平衡而使其质量重布,以优化系统的动力学模型,从而有利于控制器的设计.以曲柄滑块机构为例,应用所提的方法进行设计,给出了仿真计算结果.仿真结果验证了所提出方法的有效性.Based on partial balancing the design for control (DFC) method was presented in order to improve kinematic and dynamic performance of single-freedom closed-loop mechanism which is actuated by servomotors. This design method suggests a mass-redistribution scheme (prior to designing controllers), which follows the principle of a partial inertial force balancing scheme, for the modification of an existing mechanism, with the aim to optimize the system dynamic model and thus to facilitate the controller design. By taking a slider-crank mechanism as an example, the proposed DFC method was applied to design the mechanism. The simulation results were given to verify the effectiveness of the presented method.
