摘  要:目的研究酒精对脑星形胶质细胞GFAP和S_(100)蛋白表达的影响。方法对体外分离培养的大鼠胚胎脑星形胶质细胞分别施以不同剂量酒精(2、5和20mmol/L),染毒7天后,以免疫细胞化学法观察酒精对星形胶质细胞GFAP和S_(100)蛋白表达的影响。结果随酒精剂量增加,脑星形胶质细胞GFAP和S_(100)蛋白表达强度下降,高剂量组细胞数量轻度减少。结论提示酒精能抑制星形胶质细胞GFAP和S_(100)蛋白表达。酒精诱导的星形胶质细胞蛋白表达异常可能是酒精引起中枢神经系统发育异常的主要机制之一。Objective To explore effects of alcohol on the expression of gial fibral acidic protein (GFAP) and S100 of astrocytes in brain. Methods Different dosages of alcohol (2,5 and 20mmol/L) were administered to astrocytes of fetal rat brain in vitro. The expression of GFAP and S100 of astrocytes was detected by immunocytochemistry, respectively. Results With the dosage of alcohol increasing, the expression of GFAP and S100 was reduced and the number of astrocytes in high dosage group was observed to be decreased slightly. Conclusion It suggested that alcohol could repress the expression of GFAP and S100 of astrocytes, which might be the main mechanism of developmental abnormalities of central nervous system induced by alcohol.
