摘 要:目的 了解新生儿患者医院感染变化趋势,制定有效控制措施,降低医院感染的发生。方法 1994~2004年对新生儿病房住院2万余患儿进行医院感染监测。结果 新生儿病房医院感染发生率波动于2.44%~8.33%,医院感染漏报率波动于0-73.3%,感染部位分布居前三位的是:胃肠道感染29.2%~87.8%、下呼吸道感染1.2%~18.3%、鹅口疮感染0-40.1%。抗感染药物使用率在98%~100%。结论 医护人员必须严格无菌操作,根据细菌药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物,加强新生儿病房医院感染综合性监测和目标性监测,有效地控制新生儿医院感染的发生。Objective To supervise and control the nosocomial infections among newborn wards so as to take effective control measures to reduce the occurrences and improve the health care service. Method A total of 20,000 infants data were supervised for nosocomial infections from 1994 to 2004. Results The nosocomial infection rate of newborn was fluctuated between 2.44 % --8.33 %. The rate of missing report was fluctuated between 0- 73.3 %. In terms of the infection sites, the highest incidence were found in the following 3 sites: GI tract infection (29.2 % --87.8 % ), lower respiratory tract infection ( 1.2 % -- 18.3 % ), and oral candidiasis (0-- 40.1% ) respectively. The antibiotics use was ranged between 98.4 % -- 100 % cases. Conclusions Medical workers must strictly follow the aseptic techniques, use antibiotic therapy following the drug susceptibility results. The occurrence of infection events should be under the control of synthetic and objective supervision of nosocomial infections.
