摘 要:目的通过对某技术改造项目(工程)的职业病危害预评价,探讨Mond法在评价过程中的应用,以达到在该项目设计与施工过程中指导企业采取相应安全对策和预防手段降低主毒性事故指标,减少工作场所职业病危害因素对作业工人的影响。方法通过类比调查和采用蒙德(Mond)毒性指标评价法对该项目职业病危害及拟采取的防护措施进行评价。结果该技术改造项目一氧化碳变换系统初期评价显示系统毒性指标U,主毒性事故指标C属于非常高的范畴,表明发生主毒性事故的概率大。在设计、施工和生产管理中采取相应对策措施后,系统补偿毒性指标U为1.4,主毒性事故指标C经补偿后为41,属低的范畴。结论该技术改造项目一氧化碳变换系统单元在保证相应防护对策技术、管理措施的情况下,发生主毒性事故的概率较小。Objective To evaluate the application of Mond method in the pre - evaluation of the occupational hazard in a technical transformation project. This enterprise can adopt some security measures and preventive methods to reduce the occupational hazard and the commanding toxic accident index in the work place. Method Analogy investigation and Mond method were used to evaluate the occupational hazard and the protective measures which would be adopted in the project. Result Of the carbon monoxide translation unit in the project, both index U and C belong to high level in the primary evaluation, which indicated that the probability of the commanding toxic accident is high. After adopting measures during design, construction and production management, the two indexes became to be in the low level range. The system compensated toxic index U was 1.4, and the compensated commanding toxic accident index C was 41. Conclusion The carbon monoxide translation unit' s probability of the commanding toxic accident is low if the security measures and preventive methods are normal.
