摘　　要：总结了Dos平台的材料消耗工艺定额系统的缺陷,介绍了Windows环境的开发工具Delphi及Windows的材料消耗工艺定额系统的特点。The defects of Dos platform material consumption and process rate system are summarized and the developing tool Delphi under Windows environment and the features of Windows material consumption and process rate system are introduced in this paper.
