摘 要:通过室内模拟实验研究了海水盐度突降对栉孔扇贝抗病力的影响.设盐度20、25两个处理,以盐度31为对照.将扇贝从盐度31的暂养海水直接转到设计盐度,分别于0h、1h、4h、12h、24h、48h、72h采血分析血细胞数目、血浆蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性.72h注射细菌攻毒,记录存活率.结果表明,盐度突降使血细胞数和SOD活性总体下降,而血浆蛋白含量和ACP活性总体升高.攻毒引起的上述抗病力指标的变化趋势与盐度突降相同,但处理组的响应幅度均低于对照,存活率显著降低.上述结果说明盐度突降损害了栉孔扇贝抵抗感染的能力.To evaluate the effects of abrupt salinity decline on the anti-disease ability of scallop Chlamysfarreri, the animals in normal salinity were suddenly transferred to the sea water with salinity 20 or 25, respectively. Hemolymph was collected at 0h, 1h, 4h, 12h, 24h, 48h and 72h to assay total hemocytes number (THN), sermn protein concentration (SPC), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and acid phosphatase (ACP) activity. THN and SOD activity were generally lower than control, while SPC and ACP activity were generally higher than control..After 72h of low salinity stress, a challenge test was carried out by injection of 1× 107 bacteria into animals. THN and SOD activity decreased while the SPC and ACP activity increased. Survival rate of scallops in salinity 20 was significantly lower than that of the control at 10h after challenge. It is concluded that abrupt decline in salinity probably damage the anti-disease ability of scallop.
