南方根结线虫侵染不同抗性烟草品种的组织病理学观察

摘　　要：分别利用烟草抗病品种K326和感病品种红花大金元研究了南方根结线虫侵染过程中的组织病理学变化。结果显示,接种后3d,2品种都能形成巨型细胞,且巨型细胞的数量和形态没有显著差异。接种后15d,感病品种中巨型细胞正常发育,而抗病品种中巨型细胞出现空泡。接种25d,抗病品种巨型细胞发生崩解。表明不同抗性品种巨型细胞的形态变化与品种的抗性有关。Histopathological changes of resistant variety K326 and susceptible variety HOND DA infected by Meloidogyne incognita were studied. The results showed that giant cells could be formed in all the two varieties 3 days after inoculation, and no quantitive and morphologic changes of giant cells were found. The giant cells in HONG DA after inoculation 15 days developed normally, however, those became disintegrated in the variety of K326. 25 days following inoculation, the cytoplasma of giant cells in K326 became collapsed but in HONG DA was normally developed. It is suggested that morphologic changes of the giant cells be in connection with the nematode resistance in tobacco.
