输送钢管国家标准应用中存在问题的分析与探讨

摘　　要：在管线钢管生产中,制管企业在使用API SPEC 5L标准和输送钢管国家标准(GB/T9711.1—1997、GB/T9711.2—1999)中,由于标准不同或标准本身定义的不严密,致使在应用中存在着钢级名称不统一,同规格同钢级的钢管静水压试验压力可能不同以及导向弯曲试验弯模直径的选择有着多样性等问题。仔细分析与研究了各种问题,提出了一些解决标准中存在问题的建议。In the production of line pipe,those standards of API SPEC 5L,GB/T9711.1—1997 and GB/T9711.2—1999 are widely used by pipe manufacturer and due to the discrepancy among standards or shortage of itself,there are many problems occur such as disunity of steel grade,for hydrostatic test,testing pressure may be different for same size and steel grade,for bend test,there are many choices for module diameter and so on.Above problems mentioned are analyzed and settling methods proposed.
