摘  要:以等物质的量的甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯加成,此加成物与纳米凹凸棒表面的羟基官能团再次进行加成反应,反应生成表面结合有双键的纳米凹凸棒无渺有机活性中间体;该中问体分子结构中无机凹凸棒单元尺寸小(30~50nm),双键能与其他双键(丙烯酸及其酯)类单体共聚,形成纳米凹凸棒/有机共聚物;以该共聚物为基料,与颜料、填料和助剂复配制备的涂料具有良好的抗蚀性、耐热性、耐磨性和自洁性。对活性体及其共聚物进行了FT—IR、TGA、SEM表征。An adducts of equal molar of tolylene - 2,4 - diisocyanate(TDI) and 2 - hydroxyethyl acrylate ( Bisomer HEA) had been prepared, which is then reacted with OH groups on surface of nano attapulgite forming an inorganic and organic active intermediate containing double bond. The particle size of inorganic attapulgite in intermediate molecule structure is 30 -50 nm. The double bonds can be copolymerized with other double bonds ( acrylic acid and acrylate) of monomers forming nanoattapulgite/organic copolymer. The coatings based on this copolymer shows good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance and self-cleaning properties. The active intermediate and polymer were characterized by IR, TGA and SEM.
