胎儿泌尿系统畸形的产前超声诊断分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨不同类型胎儿泌尿系畸形的超声声像图特征及诊断价值。【方法】回顾性分析17例胎儿泌尿系畸形的声像图特征,全部病例均经尸解或产后新生儿随访证实。【结果】本组17例泌尿系畸形中,肾积水5例(29.4%);多囊肾3例(17.6%);肾囊肿2例(11.8%);异位肾2例(11.8%);多囊性肾发育不良2例(11.8%);肾缺如1例(5.9%);马蹄肾1例(5.9%);巨大膀胱1例(5.9%)。【结论】超声对胎儿泌尿系畸形的诊断及预后评估在胎儿产前诊断中起重要的作用。[Objective]To investigate various ultrasonic features of abnormal fetal urinary system and the diagnostic value. [Methods]Ultrasonic characteristics of abnormal urinary system in seventeen fetal cases were reviewed and confirmed by anatomy, pathology and the follow-up of newborns. [Results]Among these seventeen cases of abnormal urinary system, five（29.4%） were diagnosed as hydronephrosis, three（17.6%） as polycystic kidney, two（ 11.8% ） as simple renal cyst, two（ 11.8% ） as muhicystic dysplastic kidney, two（ 11. 8%） as ectopic kidney, one（5.9%） as renal absence, one（5.9%） as horseshoe kidney, one（5.9%） as bladder outlet obstruction. [Conclusion]Uhrasonography plays an important role in the prenatal diagnosis of abnormal fetal urinary system and prognosis assessment.
