摘 要:诱导甘蔗幼叶组织产生愈伤组织,经过继代培养使愈伤组织增殖,把不同继代次数的愈伤组织平均分成3组,分别采用红光、蓝光、白光照射处理进行试验,统计分析不同光质照射对愈伤组织培养诱导分化的影响。结果表明:红光对甘蔗愈伤组织的诱导分化出苗有明显的促进作用,白光次之,而蓝光最差。愈伤组织的继代次数越少,光质的影响越显著。光质对白化苗产生的影响没有显著差异,红光能明显降低或延缓愈伤组织诱导分化培养时的褐化,愈伤组织的继代次数越多,诱导分化培养时的褐化越严重。The sugarcane spire was induced to produce callus, after development callus the callus is equally divided into three groups, each was radiated under the red, blue observe the effect of the different light quality radiations on seedling differentiation from proliferating. The less subculture time of the callus was, the were no significantly different under the different light qualities to seedling creation, the red light can lower or defer obviously brown turn of callus induced into differentiation. The more subculture time of the callus, the serious the brown turn induced into differentiation.
