利用脂酶鉴定柴胡及其亲缘关系的研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)对5种柴胡脂酶同工酶进行了研究。结果表明,柴胡不同种之间脂酶同工酶条带数不同,且各自均具有特征谱带。用PAGE能对柴胡属5种植物进行区分。此法能有效地鉴定柴胡及其近似种。To identify variety and relationship of Bupleurum L. the Esterase isozymes（EST）from five Bupleurum L.species were studied with PAGE. The results indicated they had the different pattern bands of the EST and the peculiar pattern bands, and five Bupleurum L. species can be identified with PAGE. The method can be used to identify the Bupleurum L.species and its allied species.
