摘　　要：列举了不同的a-SiTFT-LCD制造工艺中的ITO返修工艺,详细分析了在五次光刻工艺中的电化学腐蚀问题的反应机理,并对各种返修工艺的优点和缺点进行了简要地说明。In this paper the producing processes are techniques of the ITO rework in the various a-Si TFT-LCD enumerated, and the principle of the reaction of the electrochemical corrosion in the five mask＇s photo engraving processes is detailed, at the same time the advantages and the disadvantages of the different techniques of the rework are also explained to the point.
