摘  要:为提高原料的混匀效果,建立了逐层变流量堆料系统的数学模型,在此基础上开发了控制系统;并对其关键工艺和工作原理进行了讨论。使用本系统后原料混匀效果得到改善,中和料质量、烧结产量和质量指标均得到提高。In order to increase the blending effect of material, a mathematical model of pileup material system with flow volume varying layer by layer is established and a control system is developed on this foundation. The key technology and the operating principle are discussed and the method for realizing the quick exchange of mesh data with Citect API is introduced. Using the system, the blending effect of material is improved obviously, the quality of neutralization material is raised as well as the output and quality of sinter are increased evidently.
